Bohdan Wojnar
Senior advisory board
Bohdan Wojnar connected his career mainly with the automotive industry, which is historically one of the main pillars of Czech industry.
Worked since 1985 in various positions within the Volkswagen concern. Among other things, he was a member of the board of directors of Volkswagen Slovakia. From 2011, for more than 10 years, he held the position of a member of the ŠKODA AUTO Board of directors in human resources management.
He is a member of the supervisory board of the ŠKODA AUTO Foundation.
From 2016 to 2021, he led the Association of the Automotive Industry in the position of president, from 2013 to 2021 he was also a member of the board of the Association of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic.
He was also a member of the Government’s National Economic Council and is currently a strategic advisor to the board of LIBERTY Ostrava, a major producer of metallurgical products.
Magdalena Souček
Senior advisory board
Magdalena Souček is one of the mainstays of the Czech consulting market in the field of finance, taxes, and accounting.
For more than 13 years, she led the Czech branch of EY with approximately 1,200 employees, today she is the ambassador of EY in the Czech Republic and continues to actively advise clients in managing challenging projects.
In November 1990, Madgalena Souček founded the first branch of the consulting company Arthur Andersen in Prague.
Among other things, she participated in, key changes in legislation and stood by Czech businesses during the challenging transformation from a centrally planned economy to an open market economy.
Martin F. Herrmann
Senior advisory board
Martin F. Herrmann is an experienced manager in the Czech and European energy sector.
From 2002 until 2007 he was CFO and then (until 2019) CEO of the RWE group (later of innogy) in the Czech Republic. In addition, from 2010 until 2016 he was heading the activities of RWE group in CEE and from 2016 until 2019, he was COO of Retail of innogy SE.
Since 2021 he is a member of the supervisory board of MVV Energie AG and since March 2022 he is chairman of the supervisory board of the state-owned company Česká pošta.
Next to his supervisory board mandates he supports ambitious start-ups in various sectors as a business angel and mentor.
